St. Nicholas Peak, left top; Bow Glacier, right top center, Bow Lake, bottom.
Bow Glacier is one of a couple of dozen glaciers in the area; this one develops from the Wapta Icefield. It fills a lake that can't be seen beyond the ridge, which spills out a roaring big waterfall down into a creek that feeds Bow Lake. This view is to th e Southwest.
