• Professor Assadi's Office Hour: Wednesday 4:00-5:00pm and by appointment.

• Textbook: Thomas' Calculus, 11th edition. (You do not need to buy the special edition with the subtitle including second-order differential equations; this special edition just tacks on a "chapter 17", which is only used in calculus 222.) Since we are only using chapters 12-16 of Thomas' Calculus (11th edition), to save money you can just buy chapters 11-16.

• Grade breakdown:
  • 20% Midterm 1
  • 20% Midterm 2
  • 40% Final Exam
  • 20% discussion (mostly based on WeBWork)

  Each midterm is in-class and is preceeded by an in-class practice midterm.
